  3. Refunds
    If your claim is approved, we may offer:
    • A replacement of the same item.
    • Store credit.
    • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
    Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval, similar to many snack and food retailers.
  4. How to Request a Refund or Return

    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
    • The date of delivery.
    Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so we can review your case quickly.
  5. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This approach is common among food brands because preparation and dispatch happen quickly.
  6. Wrong or Missing Items
    If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, resend the missing item, or issue a refund as appropriate.
  7. Shipping Damage
    If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and share photos with us right away. This helps us review the issue with our delivery partner and resolve it faster.
  8. Quality Concerns
    If you feel a product did not meet our quality standards, please let us know immediately. We review every complaint carefully and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the circumstances, similar to quality-guarantee approaches used by other food brands.
