At FreakFitFoodie, we take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product safety and hygiene standards.
1. No Return Policy
As our products are consumable and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery
3. Claim Process
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
- Include your order number and contact details
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability
- Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance
- Change of mind after order confirmation
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be allowed
